Oracle to Spearhead Eclipse Project to Support EJB 3.0
Oracle is demonstrating its commitment to the entire Java developer community by spearheading a project within the Eclipse open-source community to support the Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 3.0 specification - one of the cornerstones of J2EE 5.0.

What about the reality though - is Oracle concerned Sun's support for java is wavering as Solaris becomes its new OS darling? |

Is Oracle positioning itself to take over from IBM as a possible trusted custodian for Java in some kind of post-Sun scenario? |
