FRAMINGHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/30/07 -- Computerworld, "The Voice of IT Management," today announced the promotion of two executives, who have been key to the company's online growth, and a new hire who will head up the west coast online sales team. Gregg Pinsky was named vice president and publisher of Computerworld online, and Sean Weglage was named vice president and associate publisher of Computerworld online. Cori Kalinowski was hired as the online sales manager for the West Coast.

Pinsky will continue to oversee the revenue-producing areas of Computerworld.com, including operations, while Weglage will lead the overall sales team. Pinsky, a 19-year veteran of Computerworld has led the company's online sales and operations efforts for 10 years, during which time Computerworld's online revenue grew by more than tenfold. Weglage, who has been with Computerworld's parent company, IDG, for 13 years, was promoted from director of online sales, which he has held for the past three years.

Under the management of Pinsky and Weglage, the company saw 30 percent online revenue growth from 2004 to 2005, and 50 percent growth from 2005 to 2006, and is on its way to huge percentage growth again in 2007.
