SUGAR LAND, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/30/07 -- Distributed Power, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DPWI) announced the formation of its Southeast Asian Division. Mr. Gabriel Mirlye has been named President and CEO of the Division. The immediate directive of DPWI-Southeast Asia is to explore and develop oil and gas and green energy opportunities in Asia and the Pacific Rim. Mr. Mirlye is the President of the National Chamber of Congress of Paupa New Guinea and is well known and respected in the region. Mr. Mirlye will work closely with Robert Harrison, DPWI's President and CEO, to rapidly develop the numerous opportunities for DPWI in this region.
