Trading Technologies Statement Regarding CQG News Release
the inside market is always and continuously centered. TT has never asserted that that specific CQG screen infringes the patents-in-suit. In many of the 17 settlements reached by TT with other members of the industry, products that operate in that manner were specifically blessed and permitted. TT does continue to assert infringement against CQG's other ladder order entry products. The Court's recent claim construction ruling had no impact on which CQG products infringe TT's patents-in-suit.
