SUNNYVALE, CA and KARACHI, PAKISTAN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/30/07 -- Precept Productions, the entertainment and media arm of Precept Global Access, focused on developing entertainment content for television and film, announced that it has successfully completed two consecutive seasons (26 episodes) of its first production -- "Gaao Celebrity Bunjaao" (in English "Sing and Be a Celebrity"), two tele-films, an episodic drama, 13 episodes of a magazine show, and three short films for Pakistani audience, as well as the recording of several songs, since it announced its formation in August, 2005. Additionally, the company announced that is has 11 projects underway, has plans to complete 8 projects this year, and is adding staff at its new and larger facilities in Karachi, Pakistan.

Entertainment

Precept has completed two films made for television, an episodic drama, 13 episodes of a magazine show primarily made for the female audience, and three shorts, titled "Hawk's Bay: The Fisherman's Story," "The Shelter" and "From a Teenager's Diary." In addition, seven songs have been recorded.

A total of 26 episodes of the music talent grooming show "Gaao Celebrity Bunjaao" were produced. In the show amateur singers competed for a grand prize. The show has been aired on Pakistan's Geo TV channel, and seen by the viewers in Pakistan, USA, UK and UAE.

Events

In February, Precept hosted a Media Social Gala in Karachi that was attended by some of the most influential television personnel in Pakistan, including actors, writers, producers, directors, cameramen, channel management. The event was hosted by media celebrity Anwar Maqsood. Other prominent guest speakers included drama writer Fatima Surriya Bajiya, actor Talat Hussain, talk show host and educationist Khushbakht Shujaat, and Precept executives, Jawad Qureshi, Shoieb Yunus and M. Staffing

Precept now has 15 people based in Karachi, Pakistan and Sunnyvale, California, and has plans to add up to 10 more before the end of the year. Last month, Precept announced that it added former Pakistan TV producer, M. Zaheer Khan, as its Development Executive in Karachi.
