Merrimac Files for Form 10-K Filing Extension @ ECLIPSE DEVELOPER'S JOURNAL

Merrimac Industries, Inc. , a leader in the design and manufacture of RF Microwave components, subsystem assemblies and micro-multifunction modules (MMFM(R)), today filed Form 12b-25 which extends by up to fifteen days the filing deadline of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year 2006.
