('USANA' or the 'Company') (NASDAQ: USNA) between July 18, 2006 andMarch 14, 2007, inclusive (the 'Class Period'), seeking to pursue remediesunder the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ('Exchange Act'). The classaction lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for theDistrict of Utah.
