Hawk Precious Minerals Announces Change of Name to "Hawk Uranium Inc." @ ECLIPSE DEVELOPER'S JOURNAL

Hawk Precious Minerals Inc., (CNQ: HAWK) ('Hawk') is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from 'Hawk Precious Minerals Inc.' to 'Hawk Uranium Inc.' This change was previously approved by Hawk's Board of Directors, and was approved by Hawk's shareholders at Hawk's annual meeting of shareholders on February 28, 2007. Hawk has been advised by the CNQ that its trading symbol will not change. The change of name will be effective on the CNQ as of Monday, April 2, 2007.
