Cape Clear 6.5 delivers three key benefits that deliver on the promise of an open, simplified SOA platform for mission critical deployments:
*Unified Eclipse Toolset -- A unified SOA development toolset that reduces application development time and effort. Cape Clear Studio 6.5 provides a single, integrated toolset within the Eclipse Integrated Development Environment, including enhanced BPEL, XML/WSDL and Java development tools. This toolset supports seamless source code control system integration, single-click deploy-and-test capabilities, and automatic detection and configuration of application server environments.
* Standards-Based Security -- Guaranteed comprehensive and interoperable security across services. Cape Clear 6.5 provides a powerful new security policy framework for WS-Security and the WS-I basic security profile.
* Mission Critical Scalability -- Enhanced reliability and scalability for enterprise-wide deployments. Cape Clear 6.5 provides
comprehensive 'one-click' clustering capability, enabling load-balancing and high-availability for stateful BPEL processes.
"Supporting enterprise-wide mission critical applications requires a proven, 100 per cent standards-based, middleware agnostic approach," said Annrai O'Toole, CEO, Cape Clear Software. "With Cape Clear 6.5, we have changed the rules of the game yet again -- we're proving that implementing a SOA can be fast and simple, yet still provide the enterprise-level qualities of service that our global customers require."
Cape Clear 6.5 will be generally available on December 6th, 2005.
