Global Innovation Corp Announces Updated Technology Roadmap to Include LDI Imaging System

WYLIE, Texas, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Innovation Corp (BULLETIN BOARD: GINV) , a leading Electronic Manufacturer Services (EMS) company which designs, engineers and manufactures technologically advanced printed circuit boards, proudly announce capital equipment upgrades resulting in a significant increase in manufacturing capability.

The upgrades are focused on increasing layer counts and the miniaturization of feature size. Equipment purchases include, multilayer press systems and related automation and handling equipment, Paragon LDI imaging system and < class 10,000 clean room, Printar LGP089 Legend printing system with Serialization with 1D or 2D barcoding, horizontal thin core (<.002) develop, etch and strip line, and a HDI conductive polymer line. Global Innovation's process capabilities will increase dramatically with the enhanced equipment set. Global Innovation will now broaden it's offering to include microvia/HDI product, including <.5 mm BGA technology.
