Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

MATTOON, Ill., March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38738 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on May 1, 2007 to stockholders of record on April 15, 2007.
