Mangstor Accelerates Enterprise NVMe Storage Devices with ST-MRAM From Everspin

Everspin Technologies, Inc, the world's leading developer and manufacturer of MRAM worldwide, and Mangstor, Inc, a leading supplier of high performance Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) Solid State Storage Solutions, today disclosed how the EMD3D064M ST-MRAM from Everspin offers compelling benefits in Mangstor’s recently introduced MX6000 family of High Performance NVMe Intelligent Storage Devices designed to accelerate enterprise and cloud workloads.

Designed for storage and memory markets, Everspin’s EMD3D064M 64Mb DDR3 ST-MRAM combines the speed and endurance of DRAM with the non-volatility of Flash. It is the world’s first commercially-available Spin Torque MRAM and the first product in Everspin’s roadmap of ST-MRAM solutions that meets tomorrow's storage system requirements. ST-MRAM from Everspin gives designers of high performance storage systems the ability to achieve ultra low latency, increase reliability with high cycling endurance, and protect data in the event of power loss.
