Published on May 2, 2014 the Gartner’s 2014 Cool Vendors in Retail report represents “technologies that can create opportunities for multichannel retailers that are ready to embrace consumerization.” It includes a variety of emerging trends including advocacy, collaboration, socialization and personalization.
