(OTCQB: CYCA) is pleased to announce a definitive agreement has now been signed with Home2Phone, LLC, a Value Added Reseller of ORBCOMM Inc., for the development and utilization of a fully integrated satellite solution that expands the global reach of Cytta's proprietary smartphone based IT platform for telemedicine, biometric and other data reporting.

ORBCOMM is the leading provider of global satellite and cellular data communications solutions purpose-built to enable businesses and government agencies to remotely track, monitor, control and communicate with all types of mobile and fixed assets.
