AMP Agency, an integrated marketing agency, announced the hiring of Ady Das as SVP, Technology. In the role, Ady will lead AMP’s growing web development team –responsible for growing clients’ businesses by providing effective interactive, mobile, and technology solutions.

Ady joins AMP Agency with over 13 years of web application development, management, and leadership experience. His award-winning experience includes engineering product innovation and managing technology operations for a range of global corporations. Most notably, Ady launched the first nationally regulated online lottery system for the United Kingdom—a global first. He also oversaw the re-architecture of Rockband’s web platform and the web architecture and launch of Rockband Network, an ecosystem that allows musicians to create, publish and sell their music on the XBOX network. Previously, he led open source based projects for Boston-based Optaros – instrumental in launching RueLaLa.com and a multitude of projects for Hearst Inc., Sony and CNN.

Prior to AMP, Ady worked at Experience Inc., which was acquired by ConnectEDU, a Boston based Ed-Tech company. At Experience Inc., Ady spearheaded a shift to agile processes, RAD systems, mobile development and big data analytics for Experience’s SAAS based Career Management software. During this time, Ady helped launch multiple ecommerce based initiatives and forged an important partnership with LinkedIn.
