NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/13/13 -- Typesafe, the company empowering developers to build high performance web applications, today announced open registration and a call for papers for Scala Days NYC. Scheduled to take place June 10-12 at the historic Hudson Theater in New York City, the conference will feature a series of workshops and sessions to showcase Scala and Scala-based libraries and frameworks.
"Scala has a rapidly growing and vibrant developer community that is pushing the boundaries of application development on the JVM," said Martin Odersky, Chief Architect, Chairman of Typesafe and the creator of Scala.
