Ms. Hart brings more than 20 years of experience as a business executive leading global expansions and growth strategies in business and information services companies around the world.

Ms. Hart recently served as President and CEO of Infogroup, and was a member of its board of directors. Prior to joining Infogroup, Ms. Hart was Executive Vice President of Dow Jones & Company. She has won numerous awards for her leadership and innovation including being honored in Inside Market Data’s 2010 Hall of Fame, where she was recognized as “The Visionary” for making a profound impact in the market data industry. Ms. Hart received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and computer systems management from Drexel University in Philadelphia and an M.B.A. from Rider University in New Jersey.
