NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/14/05 -- Tracy Chapman's current single, "Change," has been chosen by HBO to be featured in their newest series of image spots. The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter's music will promote the network's Original Series programming. Airing from November 20th through January 1st across all HBO channels, this marks the first time that Chapman has allowed her music to be used in this way.
"Change" is the first single from Chapman's acclaimed new Elektra/Atlantic album, "WHERE YOU LIVE." The song has bulleted into the top ten at Adult Album Alternative radio stations nationwide. Chapman recently wrapped up a sold-out, cross-country U.S. tour. She is now in the midst of a major headlining tour of Europe, which will run through December 13th and include concerts in Ireland, Scotland, England, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, France, Switzerland, and Italy.
