Ray Ozzie (pictured), who heads up Microsoft's services push, joined Bill Gates yesterday in announcing to analysts the company's latest plan to create an online adjunct to the jewels in its crown: Windows and Office.
"We're entering a 'live' era of software," declared Gates, who called the new plan Microsoft's biggest strategy change in five years.
