GETI Certifies the RDM SYNERGY II for Check 21+ Remote Check Deposit With Guarantee

DESTIN, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 12/08/09 -- Global eTelecom, Inc. (GETI), announced today that RDM Corporation's RDM SYNERGY II All-In-One payment terminal has been certified for GETI's Check 21+ solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. Now, RDM's powerful, all-in-one point-of-sale (POS) hardware is fully supported for all check processing standards, making it a valued option for both resellers and merchants.

The RDM SYNERGY II certification includes the ability to process checks with guaranteed funding as well. Already capable of processing ACH check transactions, this added capacity makes the RDM SYNERGY II a flexible and robust payment solution choice.

"We're delighted with the release of the RDM SYNERGY II to support GETI's Check 21 program," said Douglas Newman, CEO and president of RDM Corporation. "As long-term partners and industry pioneers in the field of check electronification, RDM and GETI have a successful history of providing value-add payment solutions."

"RDM is already an established leader in the field of imaging, but this new certification for the RDM SYNERGY II fills the void for a low-cost, stand-alone Check 21 solution for the Point-of-Sale, Remote Deposit Capture, and back office conversion (BOC), environments," said John Laurell, VP of technical operations at GETI. "The RDM SYNERGY II's multi-application open source architecture also allows merchants to add their other certified payment applications, while retaining the ability to expand the terminal based on their individual software needs."
