Glow, the talent Information and Management System of the company was distinguished as one of the most innovative use of IT initiatives to further business goals and was named one of the 100 best information technology (IT) projects of 2009 by InfoWorld, an International Data Group (IDG) information technology online media and events business.

It comprises various Open Source technologies: Java, Spring, Lucene among others in the back-end; PostgreSQL as its database; Jasper Reports and JFreeChart for reporting; Apache Axis for Web Services; and JSP and DWR - Ajax for Java in the front-end.
Using Glow, Globant complete staff information is centralized in one place; allowing the company to scale and keep growing at a 100% pace per year. This resulted in a systematic progress of Globant’s productivity.
