Those were the days with Mitchell Kertzman, David Litwack and the Powersoft team. Fred stayed along with the same gang after the Powersoft acquisition by Sybase. Kertzman, CEO of Powersoft, took the helm at Sybase, replacing Mark Hoffman, founder and CEO of the company. It looks like Fred built another company, GemLogic, and sold it to SilverStream.
