IEE has enabled Database Emailer to cost effectively support the heavy data management requirements of its internet marketing business, which must be able to run detailed queries across millions of records.

With IEE, Database Emailer can now support automatic queries with multiple search parameters across 300 million email records -- more than five times the amount of data it was able to handle previously. Database Emailer customers can also run their own queries through an online interface, rather than having to email requests to (and wait for a response from) the company's IT staff. As a result, Database Emailer has been able to save up to 25 IT man-hours a day, slash query turn around time from seven minutes to 10 seconds and run queries across a broader pool of records, ultimately providing better, faster service for its customers.
